1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages and applicable U.S. laws, we are generally unable to accept returns on purchases unless:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

  • The product is significantly different from what was described on our website.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. We may request photo evidence for damaged or incorrect items.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened bottles or partially consumed products.

  • Items purchased on clearance or marked as final sale.

  • Gift cards.

3. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges
